Keeping this in consideration, can a lion kill a tiger?
As much as a lion can kill a tiger. If we are to compare two full grown males- Both cats are heavily armed. They are comparable in size. While the lion stands a fraction taller at the shoulder and has a mane for protection, the Tiger is heavier, more muscular and bigger assets (teeth and claws).
Similarly, are Tigers nicer than lions? Arguably yes, Tigers in general can be more "ferocious" than lions. The logic is simple - Tigers are normally solitary creatures; lions are social. Tigers are bigger, stronger and faster than lions and have fewer methods to fall back on if they fail to protect their cubs than lions.
Herein, do any animals eat lions?
Mostly, animals get eaten by lions, not the other way around. Lions have almost no predators. However, old, sick lions are sometimes attacked, killed and eaten by hyenas. And very young lions can be killed by hyenas, leopards and other predators when they are not being watched carefully by their mothers.
Who would win between a tiger and a lion?
Coalitions of male lions usually fight as a group against territorial rivals, so a tiger may have an advantage in a one-on-one encounter, since this is the typical mode of combat for a tiger. However, a lion coalition of 2–3 males would have a clear advantage over a lone tiger.
