Considering this, are there different colors of decomposed granite?
Decomposed Granite and Crushed Granite products come in a wide range of color; tan, gold, brown, grey, blue, green, black, white, pink and red color tones. There are many DG products that can make a soft or bold impact in a landscape, adding rich color to the finished look.
Subsequently, question is, is crushed granite the same as decomposed granite? These two are not the same material, though. It's important to note that crushed granite tends to have sharp edges and shapes. Decomposed granite is natural as it decomposes over time and is not as sturdy as crushed granite.
Likewise, does decomposed granite get muddy?
