Is it OK to bake lasagna in a metal pan?
Regarding this, can you bake pasta in a metal pan?
As other have said, you can get by doing pasta in a metal dish, but a glass one is better. Because of the heat conduction a metal baking dish will cause the pasta on the bottom to brown or dry out.
Beside above, can you bake in a disposable aluminum pan? Disposable Baking Pans. Are disposable aluminum pans okay to use to transport baked goods such as casseroles, cakes, and pastries? The baked goods now browned evenly, and the baking sheet made it easy to transfer the pans out of the oven.
Keeping this in consideration, what kind of pan do you cook lasagna in?

Can you cook enchiladas in a metal pan?
In the baking pad (either glass or metal) take your non-stick cooking spray and coat the bottom. This ensures that the enchiladas do not stick to bottom of the pan after the cooking is completed. Place the pan into the oven, and let cook for 40 minutes.
