Hereof, how long is Army warrant officer school?
The Warrant Officer Candidate School (WOCS) course is seven weeks in duration (six weeks and four days), with between 40 to 96 candidates from active army, army national guard and army reserve components.
Likewise, how do you become a warrant officer in the Army? Requirements
- Have a high school diploma.
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of enlistment and not have passed their 33rd birthday at the time of selection (for aviators) or their 46th birthday for all other specialties.
- Be a citizen of the United States.
Additionally, how difficult is WOCS?
As far as the actual course: Outside of the first week, WOCS is as hard or as easy as you make it. If your class is locked on, they can get privileges back fast. If not, well, you get nothing, or privileges taken away.
What happens if you fail Army flight school?
If you make it through WOCS but fail out of flight school, you may have the oppurtunity to reclass at the needs of the Army Warrant Officer Cohort. I know many great Warrant Officers who got passed over for promotion to CW3/4/5 and had to separate or retire if they had enough time to retire.
