More than 200 million doses of NexGard have been sold worldwide. Both in our experience, and in the experience of veterinarians worldwide, it is very rare to see any side effects in dogs receiving this medication. The most common side effects are vomiting, itching, lethargy, diarrhea and loss of appetite.
